  • CRM Integration Data (HubSpot): To provide our service, we interact with your HubSpot portal via authorized API calls. This includes:
    • Reading Company Data: To prevent the creation of duplicate records, we read company domain names and our unique ID from your existing company records.
    • Writing Company Data: Our core service is to create new company records in your HubSpot portal based on the leads we generate.
    • Writing Company Properties: Upon installation, we add custom properties to your HubSpot company object to store enriched data (e.g., `SecretLeads ID`, `SBI Codes`).
  • Usage Data: We may collect standard technical information, such as IP addresses, browser type, and interactions with our Service, to help us improve performance and security.

Important Note: We do not provide or process personal contact details like individual employee names, email addresses, or phone numbers as part of our lead generation service. Our focus is on providing high-quality B2B company data.
